Selection Process

Our commitment to our families is that we will meet, interview and assess every au pair candidate to ensure a perfect match and a long lasting partnership. In return, our commitment to you is that we will meet, interview and asses each family to ensure that you have the opportunity to have a fulfilling, fun and positive cultural experience and that you are welcomed as part of their family. We believe this thorough assessment and placement is unique amongst au pair agencies.

 In order for you to be selected for the Au pair Programme you will need to contact Gaynor for an appointment and present the following paperwork:

1. An up to date medical certificate
2. A copy of your Driving Licence
3. A copy of your passport, including number and picture
4. An up to date English Version of your CV
5. 2 colour photos
6. 2 references NOT FROM FAMILY MEMBERS (preferably from a previous employer, and ideally one reference is a childcare reference or your old school/college/University)
7. A letter to your future host family 'Dear Family Letter'
8. A (Police check) CRB check
