Our host families

The host families

“My family helped me when it came to increasing my confidence when speaking English, and there were even moments when they sat down with me to go through my oral exam which I have in September”

Student feedback 2011

We only work with families we know and trust so that we can be sure that the student is going to feel at home. Our host families have a lot of experience in welcoming our visitors and they enjoy the experience as much as our students.

The host family understands the importance of encouraging the student to speak English and the student will be included as a family member. We encourage this involvement for the student as the more time spent with the family, the more his/her English will improve.

“My daughter was very happy when she returned. Your region is wonderful and she has been treated so well both at school and with her host family. Everything has been perfect, and she would love to repeat the experience, if possible, next year”
